Pepper Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken 500gms
Onion 1
chopped
Tomato 1
chopped
Pepper 1tbsp
Cloves 5
Cinnamon small
piece
Ginger 1
piece
Garlic 7-8
flakes
Red Chilly 5
Coriander seeds 1tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Oil
Salt to taste
Method
Grind pepper, ginger, garlic, red chili, coriander seeds and half the
onions to a fine paste.
Mix salt with masala. Marinade the masala with chicken pieces for half an
hour. Cook until done. Heat oil in a pan and add the remaining onions, cinnamon
and cloves. Fry for a couple of minutes and add cooked chicken to it and fry
for few minutes.
