Kashmiri Mutton



Kashmiri Mutton




Ingredients

Mutton                               500gms
Curd                                  1 cup
Red Chillies                         3
Corrriander seeds                2tsps
Onion, ginger and garlic paste 2tbsps
Cardamom                                 4
Cloves                               3
Cinnamon                           1 piece
Corrriander leaves
Oil    
Salt                                   to taste


Method

Crush cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, red chillies and coriander seeds

Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger and garlic paste till it turns golden colour.

Add crushed masala powder and fry for few minutes

Add mutton and cook until done. 

Garnish with sprigs of coriander leaves.
