Chilli Chicken




Ingredients

Boneless chicken pieces        500gms
Tomato sauce                     1tbsp
Chilli sauce                         1tbsp
Soya sauce                        1tbsp
Vinegar                              ½ tbsp
Refined oil                          1tbsp
Ajinomoto                          1/4tsp
Green Chilies’                      3
Mustard powder                  1/2tsp
Pepper and salt to taste

Method

Marinade chicken pieces with mustard powder, vinegar and Ajinomoto.

Eat refined oil and add the marinaded chicken pieces and cook for few minutes.

Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, soya sauce, salt and pepper powder. Cook on low flame until done. Temper with slit green chilies.
