Fried Paneer



Fried Paneer




Ingredients


Panner                       50gms

Egg White                  2

Onions sliced              ½ cup

Capsicum sliced           1

Corn Flour                  ½ cup

Ginger grated             2 tsp

Salt                           to taste

Oil for frying


For sauce

Vinegar                      2 tbsp

Soya sauce        2 tbsp

Sugar                        1 tbsp               

Corn flour                   2 tsp

Water                        ½ tsp


Method

Wash and cut paneer into strips

Place them in a bowl

Add the beaten egg and corn flour and coat well

Eat oil in a pan

Gently fry the paneer and dry and set aside

Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl

Heat 3 tbsp in a pan.Add onions, capsicum, ginger and sauté for few minutes. Add the sauce mixture. Stir well until the sauce thicken.

Add the paneer strips gently. Turn the pieces and cook for five minutes.
